These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and kb444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of kb444, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies, rules, or guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using kb444 and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kb444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, bonus, or promotion rules, the specific rules shall take precedence in respect of that particular matter.

To register and use kb444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or entity.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on kb444 or any associated platform, and must not have previously had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on kb444. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the mobile number, email address, payment method, or device used. kb444 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations and will take action as described in Clause 10 where duplicates are identified.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kb444 staff will never ask for your password by any means.
• You must notify kb444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kb444 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

KYC Verification

kb444 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kb444 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Deposits

All deposits to your kb444 account are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kb444 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and minimum transaction amounts displayed in the Cashier section of your account:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are processed in real time in most cases.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi financial institutions as listed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible, subject to applicable fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kb444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be updated by kb444 from time to time.
• kb444 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kb444 accepts no responsibility.

kb444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual bonus or promotion:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kb444. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account, regardless of that person's consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with kb444 support.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using kb444 for any money laundering purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

kb444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. All services on kb444 are intended exclusively for entertainment purposes and are accessible only to adults aged 21 and above. kb444 provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from the account dashboard following login.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of kb444.

Game content (including game titles, artwork, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party studios. kb444 operates under licence from these providers and has no authority to grant any sub-licence over their content. Unauthorised use of any game provider's intellectual property is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb444's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kb444 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content, which is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute financial or professional advice.

kb444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kb444 following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted through the account dashboard or by written request to kb444 support.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

kb444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
